The Wellington Phoenix women\u2019s next Ninja A-League match against Adelaide United has been moved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The opening fixture of Unite Round on Friday evening was scheduled to be played at Leichhardt Oval in Sydney, along with the other five women\u2019s matches this weekend.
But following a pitch assessment Australian Professional Leagues (APL) have deemed the ground didn\u2019t meet the standards to host the pinnacle women\u2019s round of the season.
For the betterment of player safety and product quality, the league has made the decision to move all six matches across Sydney to Netstrata Jubilee Stadium.
Due to the late change, the APL has announced that all six Ninja A-League Unite Round matches across Friday, Saturday and Sunday will now be open free to all football fans, with no ticket required to gain access to the venue.
