\u201cFrom our perspective we were not really at it, I didn\u2019t think,\u201d he told media post-match. \u201cAdelaide were the better team and ultimately deserved to win. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI thought they won far more battles [and] duels and kept turning our back four around and using that front three of theirs to good effect. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cIt was hard to break their momentum. They won that middle of the park battle really.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He reserved high praise for Adelaide, but still felt the Nix could have offered more. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI genuinely think they\u2019ll go really close to winning the whole thing. They\u2019re just a good team and in my view they\u2019re the hardest team we\u2019ve played against this season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
