A local family-run business is backing the Wellington Phoenix academy as it starts an exciting new era.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Holmes Construction, which has had a presence in the greater Wellington region for the best part of seven decades, has signed on as the major partner of the Phoenix academy.

Established in Wairarapa in 1957, the company is now run by the third generation of the Holmes family and has offices in Greytown, Petone and Christchurch.

As part of the partnership, Holmes Construction is the new front-of-shirt sponsor for the men\u2019s and women\u2019s reserves teams for the 2025 winter season and the National League Championship which follows in spring.

Holmes Construction managing director Ben Holmes is proud to be partnering with the Wellington Phoenix academy and supporting the men\u2019s and women\u2019s reserve teams.

The Phoenix reserve teams play their home matches at Fraser Park, the new Home of the Wellington Phoenix<\/em>, with the club having recently taken over operation of the Ricoh Sports Centre.

Wellington Phoenix general manager David Dome is thrilled to have partnered with Holmes Construction.
